According to studio estimates, "Spider-Man 2" - directed by Sam Raimi and starring Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst and Alfred Molina - now holds the record for making the most money over a six-day opening span with roughly $180 million in sales. "2" even beat out the first "Spider-Man" movie over the same period of time, doing $36 million more in sales than the original webslinger film. The Full Report
